I have multiple copies of the same ringtone on my iPad. How can I delete all but one?

If you have iTunes on your computer, connect your iPad and delete the ringtones from there. If you don’t have iTunes, get iTunes.

iTunes is no longer an app utilized by Apple products. I was not able to delete the ringtones by connecting my iPad to my MacBook laptop. I connected my iPad but there was no option to delete ringtones that were purchased in the past.
Get a Windows VM on your Mac, then download iTunes onto the VM.
