I need to reset my phone back to Factory settings how do I do that I can’t get to my cloud I can’t really access my phone at all how do I reset it all back to where it was like a new when I bought it

If you don’t have access to your current iPhone, you can use Find My on another device to reset your iPhone.

  1. Open a web browser (like Safari) and go to [icloud.com]
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. Note: If you have 2-Factor Authentication turned on, tap the Find iPhone button down below:

If you don’t then just tap the Find iPhone app

4) Now tap All Devices > [your iPhone]

5) Tap on Erase, then Erase again to confirm

(the iPhone must be online at that time)
