Apple Watch gen 1 face fell off

I️ read a number of posts from 2017 but didn’t see anything very recent. Just to let folks know, the program that was in place in 2017 to replace gen 1 watches with this issue is still in place. I️ called customer service, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The rep volunteered the info on replacing the watch after I️ mentioned the problem. I’m both pleased and impressed!

So no new question - just wanted to let folks know in case they are having the problem as well. I️ couldn’t post an updated reply to the older thread.
