Numbers > Date that changes each month

Hello,

I have created a budget each month but like to copy and paste the budget into a transactions tab. I just converted from Excel and I could use the following formula and each month the date would change so I could copy and paste.

DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),MONTH(TODAY()),1)

For example - If I had the equation outlined above a bill was due at the first of the month. The date would change from 5/1/2021 to 6/1/2021 once the current month changed to June.

Is there a formula that does this in Numbers?

=DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),MONTH(TODAY()),1) works on my machine. Not on yours?
