random apps appearing on iphone (ios 14)

hi there!

twice now, apps that i have previously downloaded, but have since deleted, randomly reappeared on my phone. it is just me on the apple id, so i know it doesn’t have anything to do with automatic downloads. this is very odd and unnerving and i’m not sure what’s going on. any answers would be greatly appreciated
