iPad 2021 Charging Power

I got the new iPad 2021 with a 20W charger in the box, I have a 30W charger can I use it to charge my device faster? and if I used the 30W charger how it will affect the battery?

Yes you can, without harming your device/battery.

See this page, and click on "Compatibility" section at the bottom:--> https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MY1W2AM/A/30w-usb-c-power-adapter

You can safely use the 30W Power Adapter - but your new iPad Pro will charge no faster than when using the supplied 20W Power Adapter. Both the Apple 20W and 30W Power Adapters support USB PD (Power Delivery) Fast Charging. The iPad Pro’s maximum supported fast-charging rate is 18W (i.e., 12V @1.5A or 9V @2A).

The 30W Power Adapter is useful when you are using an external hub or other powered accessory that provides USB-C Pass Through power - as you have additional power for connected accessories.
