XP - Pen not working on MacOS Big Sur 11.4

I've been using XP - Pen Star 03 on my 2017 MacBook Air since a year now. Till now, I'd not faced any issues while using it. But since I installed the latest update to MacOS, the XP - Pen has been acting up. Sometimes there is a huge time lag, sometimes the pointer gets stuck in some random part of the screen and when that happens, I am not able to move the pointer using my trackpad or mouse. I can move the pointer only after I disconnect the XP - Pen.

Please help me resolve this. Since I'm a Math teacher and online teaching is the norm where I live, this is ruining my classes.
