Watch still connected to my icloud?

I had an apple 3 watch. I disconnected and wiped it clean. I got a new Apple 6 watch, set up and all good. My old watch was given to a friend but it is saying its still connected to me on icloud but cannot see this to get it unconnconnected. Please help
