i clicked do not allow, and i changed my apple ID password, and logged out all devices other than my phone as recommended- i also checked the number, name and emails associated with the account in setting and they’re all mine.
is there anything else i need to change like this passwords for apps like instagram and twitter- or my email passwords.
do i need to check anything about my apple ID?

As long as you clicked Do Not Allow, you should be okay. If the attempts continue, you might want to change your Apple ID email address. Note the restrictions in the article.

That message indicates someone was trying to use your AppleID specifically. So doubtful that any other accounts were compromised. You did the right things, so should be fine.
