PHONE GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL AND NEVER RINGS.

My phone never rings. It goes straight to voicemail. I have not even set up voicemail!

Call or Google your network provider and ask how to turn off call forwarding or increase the ring time

Often you can dial-in a code starting **61*
