I think my iPhone is hacked

I think my iPhone may be hacked. I don’t know fully but I went on a website from safari and it said all of a sudden that my iPhone has been damaged. There was bullets in my calendar saying “ur iPhone may be damaged, go to this website to help secure ur iPhone”. I don’t know if it’s a scam, or if I’m actually hacked. I’m using a VPN so hopefully no virus well occur.
