my iPhone randomly brought up a screen in which its asking me to connect to a MacBook and it says support.apple.com/iphone/restore

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

your phone cannot boot into iOS

There is no way for us to tell you why.

You will have to restore it.
