Iphone 12 Screen Touch response

Hi I am facing touch delays in my iPhone 12 well the issue is that in some application I have to touch multiple times for certain command 1st I thought it might be because of the application but on one side the issue is not there it's only on the extreme top left size issues facing the same issue please help me
