How do I get a refund for subscription that had a free startup time and then I cancelled during week free use. I thought I canceled then I received an email on day after last free day saying I had to cancel through Apple. I then cancelled app through my subscriptions settings. I then see that Chopra subscription was charged to my account from Apple. I would like that charge removed.

Did you cancel the subscription via the steps at How to cancel a subscription from Apple – Apple Support? If not, you should do this now to avoid being charged again.
Potentially you could have left it too late to cancel so you could potentially try and claim a refund by contacting Apple's Form > Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support however this isn't guaranteed and it is up to whether Apple allow the refund or not.
