Photos library moved for some seconds

Accidentally I moved Photos Library to another folder and then moved back to its original place.

After that, Photos is not updated from iCloud anymore.

How can I solved that?

You may want to check, if the library is still your system Photos library.

Quit Photos, if it is running.
Then double click the moved Photos Library to open it.
look at the menu item Photos > Preferences > General: use as System Photos Library. If it is not greyed out, click it. Then go to Photos > Preferences > iCloud and enable agin iCloud Photos.

Has the folder you moved the library go been on the same volume? If not, the move may have been incomplete.
