Apps violating tracking denial

What do you if you request an app NOT to track and not even 3 hours later they’ve taken a search and created ads from it? This is from something I’ve never searched before so there’s no way for this to have been a tracking prior to me denying access.

As per the note under the switch to block tracking it only blocks tracking through your Apple advertising ID. There are other ways your activity can be tracked, including server side cookies and data sharing between businesses. Specifically, if you have a Facebook account all of your online activity is tracked by Facebook and shared both ways with all of their advertisers. That’s why I don’t have a Facebook account.
