To use the cable that came with the iPhone 11, you need a USB-C power adapter or a computer with a USB-C port. If you need to buy one, see: Buy 20W USB-C Power Adapter - Apple

Another option is to use the cable from an older iPhone or iPad and the power adapter from one of those.
