Hello, Been using my brand new Iphone 12 Pro Max for few days and it's quite HOT both while charging and using.and betray drain quickly?

I didn’t understand

iPhone 12 Pro Max it’s quite Hot while using any app specially Twitter spaces , but other iPhone 8 Plus same file used it’s not hot nothing any problem?
