I contact with them and they told me that doesn’t matter if is unlocked sometimes doesn’t work with boost and they told me that i should contact to the carrier who unlocked, but I bought it with apple
Maybe your carrier only activates phones bought from them. What did they say? Did they offer any explanation why they won't activate it?

No I don’t receive any messages , I need to check if my phone is compatible but it don’t
If you aren't getting any error messages have you tried to activate it?
