Why my unlock iPhone doesn't work with my carrier

Maybe your carrier only activates phones bought from them. What did they say? Did they offer any explanation why they won't activate it?

Are you getting any error messages when you try to set up the iPhone? If yes, what is the full message?
If you aren't getting any error messages have you tried to activate it?
I contact with them and they told me that doesn’t matter if is unlocked sometimes doesn’t work with boost and they told me that i should contact to the carrier who unlocked, but I bought it with apple
