You don't need to post a selfie of yourself to ask a question.

You must use Wifi in order to update all iPhone's with the exception of iPhone 12 on 5G data. This is not going to change for other phones, so you'll need Wifi. If you don't have access to Wifi, go somewhere where you can get on Wifi, like a friends house or a business which offers Wifi. If you simply can't get on Wifi, you can update your phone using your computer with iTunes.
