No, you should have Microsoft Office for Mac 2019 or Office 365 or you can use one of the free web based alternative. The core apps for MS Office are Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. The cost for Office for Mac is about $150 so cost should not be an issue, however if you are really strapped then begin searching for one of the free web based alternatives such as LibreOffice.
