Best to check with AutoCAD. It is a developer's duty to make their software compatible with current macOs versions. However a quick Google search turns up this discussion in their forums:

To me it sounds like that are working on an Apple Silicon version. The most recent version can run under Rosetta 2 emulation, but not without issues.
