Unauthorized payment
I am not able to remove a card due to a “active subscription” but I don’t have any active subscriptions so this is an unauthorized payment it says that I need to make the payment before removing the card

They count as active until they expire. If all of them already have or you never subscribed, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
