I was added into a group text with people I do not know and do not know how/why I was added. When I follow the steps to leave the group text there is no option to LEAVE THE CONVERSATION. Anyone know how to get out?

I was added into a group text with people I do not know and do not know how/why I was added. When I follow the steps to leave the group text there is no option to LEAVE THE CONVERSATION. Anyone know how to get out? The HIDE option didn't work either. If I ever make it out of this group is there a way to prevent being included in another? I don't know these people and apparently they don't know each other and there is a lot of profanity being exchanged.
