Depending on what model of Apple Watch you have the price for a screen replacement varies.

to get a screen repair you have a few options. You can:
go to a local Apple store and speak to a Genius at the Genius Bar to get it fixed
go to a local Apple authorised service provider and get it fixed there
use apples mail in service scheme and send your Apple Watch via mail and get it replaced there
