I’ve gotten the scam call saying my iCloud account has been compromised and I need to speak with an Apple Support Advisor 10+ times in the last 120 minutes. And they keep on coming. Any advice on how to get these to stop?

You are right, this is a scam (I'm relieved you spotted this early and knew it was a scam!). These calls can't be stopped, if they are calling from the same number you should block their number, hopefully, this will minimise the number of calls you are receiving.
