How can I find my devices if I can't access my Apple products?

I cannot find my Model:iPad Version:iOS 12.1.4 Serial number:DM***MVT and Model:iPad Pro Version:iOS 12.1.4 Serial number:DM***1MW

I do have access to a PC.
