App Store + Code for App

Hi. I have problem with App Store. When I click on Redeem Gift Card or Code - i get just grey screen and can’t enter code for apps. Same issue with different apple ids, different networks, iPhones, ios versions (of 14), at different months. (Apple Support RU - said that they didn’t know how to solve my problem and i should write to apple developers community.
