Factory reset ipod touch 5

One of my friend gave me an iPod touch 5 after she did an factory reset. I set it up but can't install any apps, i tried to factory reset it because i forgot my restriction passcode, but every time i try to factory reset it, after entering my iPod code it's asking me for my passcode ( which i forgot...) What do i do now...?

If you forgot the passcode on your iPod touch, or your iPod touch is disabled - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211080

On the other hand, if the problem is Activation lock, there is nothing you can do without the original ID and password. See:
