How do you set two different ring tones for primary and secondary line?

You can't change the ringtone for each line, but you can change the ringtone for individual contacts: Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

"How to change your ringtone

1. Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics.
2. Scroll to the Sounds and Vibrations Patterns section, then tap the sound that you want to change.
3. Tap the name of a ringtone or alert tone to hear it play and set it as the new sound.

You can also set a ringtone or text tone for a specific person. In the Contacts app, find and tap the person's name, then tap Edit in the upper-right corner. Tap Ringtone or Text Tone, then choose a new sound."
