Please restart in Safe Mode then retest.

They will not type on their own, but I have to hold down any other key (i.e the space bar) for them to appear when I am typing. I did delete the keyboard and re add it, and also checked some other settings in my keyboard preferences. Nothing seems to be fixing the issue. My caps lock key light also stopped working, but I am not sure if this has anything to do with the number issue.
