activation lock

Someone found my iPad mini that had been lost for about 3 years. After I got the iPad back, I cannot remember the apple ID or the password for the life of me. The activation lock will not let me do anything past that prompt after I successfully entered the passcode. Help!

Check your web browser's autofill entries, or use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team, or if you're the iPad's original owner, click here and submit an unlock request.
