Hello,

The Canon IP7260 is mentioned in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a model supporting the driverless AirPrint technology, so you should be able to use this printer without extra drivers in case of a network connection. An AirPrint-enabled printer is supported by macOS. The printer and the computer must be connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router).

An AirPrint guide from Canon UK (https://www.canon.co.uk/support/consumer_products/apple_airprint_guide/) for similar PIXMA models could perhaps be of interest.

Drivers/software from the printer manufacturer may or may not add functionality.

If necessary, reset the printing system and re-add the printer.
