Logic Pro has a MIDI software instrument called "Ugly Effect Voices". I would like to replace the instrument's recorded voices with my own voice and play them on the MIDI keyboard. How can I do this? Thanks.

This is not a MIDI software instrument, it's a channel strip setting with a bunch of effect plugins and the Sampler as an instrument. You can load your own samples into the Sampler.
You can read the help file, but I would recommend looking for easy-to-understand tutorials on the internet.
