My Watch is in the service center since 2 months
My watch is with service center since 2 months and because of covid the center is close close so no way to collect it. Do Apple have any contingency plan to support customers

According to Apple you can ask your Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple Store technician to send it in for you:
