automate reading a csv file in numbers

I have a CSV file that gets lines added by means of a php script.

I want to use the chart function in Numbers to display this data in nice graphs.

Can numbers retrieve the CSV file say once every 10 minutes, where the charts grow along with the new data?

Thanks

Numbers can't do that automatically.

There are ways to have an AppleScript run every 10 minutes and place data in a Numbers table.

But I've found that can be fragile, and so I don't use it.

And it would require knowing a lot more about your Numbers document.

I think you would be better off using tools designed to do close-to-real-time charting.
