I can’t see my order status

Hi,

 I have made an order yesterday and the order status was ready for shipping. So when I tried to check my order status today the order was not showing on my apple store app or even when I click on order status link provided in the confirmation email the webpage says something went wrong.

did someone experience the same issue ?
