At the right top of the iphone.
usually to indicated that an app use the microphone and or the camera.
the fact is, when i’m looking in setting >confidential and taje a look, i don’t see any apps appearing that qas using my camera and/or microphone.
I have called a tech support with this issue and he don’t understand what is that mean.
And for your request i don’t make any screenshot about this yet.

Did you open control center as suggested by deggie to see what app is using the Camera?
