why is my phone stuck in a data recovery loop? tried updating my phone now i cant do anything else.

tried doing that. got a white screen with attempting data recovery and it wouldnt let me do the force restart
it also doesnt let me get past the apple logo screen.
also want to mention i have been getting iphone disabled as well
