Airpods Case Lid Making Clicking Sounds

Ive received my airpods on 19 Jun 2020, I ordered online because i purchased it during Movement Control Order Malaysia. Ive noticed during the first time i opened the airpods case lid making clicking sounds its was so annoying ,Ive tried to contact machine customer services but I didnt get any feedback from them and i just ignored the problem. I thought it was okay. However when i check with my friend her Airpods case lid didnt make any clicking sounds. Im so sad with apple because ive got the rejected airpods and my. This is because my airpods never fell even once, therefore i would i like to have a replacement on this unit.

I hope apple can do something on this issue.
