My airpods wont clnnect

My airpods are just flashing red and I can’t reconnect them as my phone forced me to forget them off my phone and now they won’t even pop up on my screen or on the Bluetooth setting what do I do??

AirPods near new not able to reconnect after deleting them off my phone i deleted my AirPods from my phone now cannot add them back as was .. my Bluetooth doesn’t recognize them what’s the trick to reconnect regards Paul
