Turn off two-factor

I logged into my account finding out my two-factor was turned on. How do I turn it off if I didn't authorize it in the first place. I have not emails that say it was turned on but now I can't even turn it off.

If this did not occur from your own input, I think your only recourse now would be to ask Apple for help. I’m not sure how that will work, but if there is no email from which you can unenroll, I don’t see any other way to do it.
