I initially set up 3 airtags with my iphone 8. Then my screen stopped working on the iphone 8 and I had to upgrade to an iphone 11. I activated it with my same apple ID, but now the airtags don't show up in items on new iphone 11? To make matters worse, on of the airtags that was on my cats collar fell off somewhere in the neighbors yard, and I have yet to be able to locate it. Why can't I see the tags in my items?
