Family Sharing

Hi all,


I am an iPhone user and paid for an Apple Music family plan already.

However, my families are using android phones and they can’t join the plan. They created a new Apple ID & downloaded Apple Music app to the phone but still cannot accept my invitation via email. I have followed Apple’s guideline but still fail to do so.

Is it because they have to used the three months free first?

Please help.

Thanks. I used other Apple devices for my parents to login for joining the sharing family first, and finally they could use the Apple Music via their android phones now.

You may need to contact Apple about this issue:


Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
