Mute screen button stuck
When someone calls they can't hear me because my iphone 11 is stuck on mute. I clink the mute button on the screen and nothing happens.

Ensuring you're able to be heard on calls is important, and Apple Support Communities is a great place for help. To clarify upon the issue does the Mute button show as being highlighted? If not, this would indicate a likely issue with the microphone. Try the steps outlined in the following article.
If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working
If the mute button is unresponsive, have tested that portion of the display in different apps such as Maps to see if it's responsive? If not, try performing tasks on that portion of the display to help isolate the issue.
