14.6 upgrade issue with PayPal
After upgrading my iPad to 14.6 I can log in to PayPal but access denied trying to pay bill.
I managed to pay my bill on my iPhone which I have not upgraded.
Anyone else had this issue?

Restart your iPad, to see if it was a temporary glitch.
If the issue persists, contact Paypal support team and explain your problem.
