speakers not working

My speakers have not been working. I can hear sound from videos on my camera but if I Facetime anyone they can’t hear me. I’ve shut it down and cleaned out the speaker holes but nothing is working.

Get help with the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Then test with the Voice Memos app.
