set up store appointment

We, just users like you, cannot make an appointment on your behalf.  

You can do it:

• Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
• Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
• Using the "Apple Store" app, available and downloadable from AppStore.

I don’t want to stand in queue and be ignored by store staff like last time.

I was told I could make an appoinment online but I cannot find where to do this. I do not want Genius Bar, I want to purchase.
