Iphone 12, hotspot problem.

I have recently bought Iphone 12 in Italy, and everything is working fine, except hotspot. After turning on "Personal Hotspot" / allowing others to join, mobile data, devices just could not "see" it. First thing that i tried is to reset my network settings, which helped me briefly. That lasted for a minute, when i turned off my wi-fi and bluetooth i have lost the hotspot connection too. Then, the same story again, no chance finding hat wi-fi on other devices. Then i have noticed that it needs reset every time it turns on to be visible.
