I have a life-long subscription to iWorks. How do I download the newest version? MacBig Sur 11.2.3. Thanks!

It would be a good idea to update your outdated macOS from 11.2.3 to 11.4 via Software Update. Then, you can visit the Mac App Store and download each of Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.
